- An MBA/MSW with Min12yrs of Experience in leadership/department lead roles in an Organisation of repute(Prior/current work exp in healthcare would be an added advantage.
-Hands on Experience/exposure to entire gamut of HR Functions including labourlaws/compliances,policy formulation,employee relations,disciplinary procedings,PMS,L&D,Employee engagement and other facets of HR.
-Should possess strong team/people management skills.
-Ability to analyse data,interpret and devise actionables.
-Sound business acumen & high result orientation.
-should be conversant in English,Hindi,Telugu.
