We have a requirement for RMO position, Please find below the detailed description of the key roles & responsibilities.
Incharge of all DMO'S
Make regular roasters of DMO's
Supporting the corporate depts in handling the medical issues of corporate patients.
Directly reports to Medical Director
Arrange doctors requirements for the camps and other neighborhood activities.
Examine the patients
Check any previous records, if available.
Charts down all the details in the history sheet.
Let the patient or the relatives go through all the details & take the signatures on the history sheets.
Inform the respective Consultant about the admission & Follow the consultant's instructions.
Instruct the nursing staff about the necessary orders to be carried out.
In case of transferring the patients, read the transfer summary carefully. See the patient & examine thoroughly.
Take rounds & examine individual patients, inform the respective Consultant/Registrar if any new findings.
Enter the details of each & every patient in the ward module.
Attend rounds with the respective Consultants & carry out the necessary changes in the order. Enter it in the treatment sheet & Inform the nursing staff on duty about the same.
Followup with all the investigations to be seen and trace their results. Inform the Consultant/Registrar. Note down investigation results in the investigations sheet.
To enter the treatment sheets for the following days, Cross check the same for the dosage of the medications. Confirm the investigations of the following day & taking special precautions for any special investigations
Enter pre-operative orders in the treatment sheet. Check whether the consent for the surgery has been taken from the patient. if not, inform the respective person. Inform the anesthetists on the duty about the patient. carry out all pre-operative orders.
To attend patient's complaints,clam the patients if they are apprehensive. Inform the Consultant, if needed. etc
Should have any of the following qualification
Along with M.H.A will be preferred.
